We invite you to submit a tribute in memory of someone special.
Your submission will be included on our Memorial Wall so that others can see the faces and stories behind the statistics — real lives, deeply loved and forever missed.
Each tribute may include:
- One photo (jpeg or png)
- Up to 150 words (a story, letter, memory, or message of love)
- The name of your loved one
Optional donations are appreciated to help us continue offering peer support, awareness, and education in Huron/Perth.

How It Works
